ABSTRACT

Idiopathic hypereosinophilic syndrome (HES) is a rare disorder of unknown etiology characterized by eosinophilia of at least six-months duration and organ involvement due to eosinophilia. Moreover, at the beginning of the case of HES, presenting with ARDS is rarely seen. We present our case according to those uncommon features.
