ABSTRACT
Penetrating thoracoabdominal trauma, associated with high mortality rate, may be a life threating injury in children. Herein, a 10 years old pediatric patient with penetrating thoracoabdominal injury who succesfully treated with left lower lobectomy and greft repair for abdominal aorta pseudoaneurysm was presented. We believe that in such cases, an appropriate surgical and anesthesiological approach may reduce peri and postoperative complications.
