Because of lack of legal regulations and to be known as harmless, serious injuries can be presented to emergency departments due to blank cartridges that can be easily bought by adults. Ten year old male patient was brought to emergency department two hours ago due injury by blank cartridge bullet. On the back of the patient there was a hole with regular margins probably due to gunshot injury. On the chest x-ray there was a bullet expulsive just 1 cm lateral to 7th thoracic vertebra on the right. Contrast enhanced thorax tomography confirmed a bullet expulsive on one cm right of 7th and 8th thoracic vertebra. After the operation he was discharged on the fourth day with well being.
