Nowadays the number of inquiries and lawsuits concerning physicians are increasing, and the criteria of medical applications’ appropriateness for basic law was started to be questioned beside malpractice claims. The physicians, who are responsible for the treatment and follow up of thousands of patient everyday, must notice that the private personal and medical characteristics, details and exceptions of the cases regarding the sight of medical practice on the base of legal aspects are very important.
