It may not always be possible to select the best method for diagnosis within the conditions of a very busy emergency department It is an important issue of the patient, the hospital and the institutions doing payment to have the emergency departments give medical care based upon the Cost-Effective rules. Emergency doctors are supposed to make their requests of diagnostic test within the context of a certain plan. In this text, the goal has been to inform the emergency doctors, in terms of literature, about the Cost-Effective and the request of diagnostic test.
