With the industrial revolution, mechanization has affected nearly all aspects of working life, and mass production is associated with a number of problems. One major problem is occupational accidents. Emergency services are the first point of care for occupational accidents, and these cases have special status in terms of the social and legal impact of medical care in the emergency department. In this review, we tried to examine the special status of occupational accidents in the organization of emergency services.
