We report a case of cricoid and thyroid cartilage fracture and cricothyroid joint dislocation after blunt neck trauma. Direct fibreoptic laryngoscopic, computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) findings were disscused. Pseudofracture appearance of the hyoid bone were reviewed.
