Renal colic is one of the important pathology admitting to emergency service. Renal colic is a very discomfortable symptom that must be treated quickly. At least 1% of patient presenting to emergency service everyday is renal colic attack. For treatment of renal colic many differrent medicine is used. Many studies show that there is no common idea about using narcotics or nonsteroidal antienflamatuars for treatment. According to severity of symptom, patient condition and phsycian's experience many variety of medication can be useful. The use of appropiate analgesic dose favors patient pain. Typically the pain of renal colic occurs at the back, costa vertebral angle and especially at subcostal area. Pain may radiate to flanks and inguinals. Although pathophsylogy is known best it can cause life threatening pathologies that can't be seen.
