Chest X-ray is one of most imagining techniques used in emergency departments. Cost effectivite, rational and economical utilization of chest radiography in ED has been a major concern in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with cardiopulmonary diseases. Using guidelines those are collected from studies in the literature while ordering chest x-ray will be useful.
